CBT is a theoretical orientation as well clinical model--I think we could be more helpful if you specified a set of symptoms you wanted to address--OCD, anxiety, depression etc. As far as I know most of the self-help books using CBT are organized in this way--The National OCD Foundation has a great bibliography re CBT for OCD.
