Yes I have these and I do get them while driving, day or night, doesn't matter. I get more when I am under stress or pressured in any way. I am 47 years old and had the first spell two years ago after an accident.
Because I also developed visual comprehension problems and autonomic dysfunction the dissociation label is a whole lot easier and cheaper to deal with.

I had an abnormal MRI, and have been told it showed insignificant results. I was diagnosed with organic brain injury and have been lied to by several Docs.

My advise to you is request a second copy of the MRI films for your record and the Radiologist's report. Request a neuropsychological test and an EEG.
You can see all your test results, sign a release at the facility after they have been returned if the second copy request didn't make it in time.

You have a good inquisitive nature, speak up @ 17, hat off to you! Good luck.
