Things NOT to say to your therapist

Everybody in therapy has to have a foot in mouth comment. Here's my most recent one.

T and I were discussing payments as insurance started a new year Jan. 1. So there is a new deductible and Pdoc eats up some of the available sessions/coverage.

I said I should just give up therapy and meds and save up for liposuction. *Liposuction would make me feel better.*

Man, did I get a dirty look. And the mini lecture on self esteem, which I guess I deserved, but...
