I can't offer any constructive advice as I suffer from frustration issues aswell. I am easily frustrated by simplest things and have a zero tolerance level. And I get full marks for impatience. I fully understand about being temperamental with not mastering technical things. I work in a very technical field but on the admin side and much of what I do would make so much more sense if I could just grasp the technical side. I just don't get it though. Makes me feel stupid.

So, I too, look forward to how others deal with their frustration.

Oh yes, though I eat meat, I think every single restaurant should offer a vegetarian menu. To me that is utterly logical!
