Dreams show your unconscious feelings, but usually in disguise. So when I dream of friends or colleagues, I think it is not necessarily anything about them, but more about what or who they might represent to me. eg, if I dream of an older man in authority such as my boss, then the real meaning might be about my father. Or if I dream of a friend who is sexy / flirtatious, then it might be about that aspect of my self.

So your colleague's appearance is perhaps nothing about her, but is an instrument for depicting something else. What are these behaviours of hers that you are scornful of? And what could they mean in your own life? Is there a parallel behaviour of your own or someone close to you that you can think of? Something that is affecting your life in a forceful way and making a hidden part of you feel hysterical?
