Variety is good...and inevitable in therapy. It seems like sometimes I will get in to these 'slumps' where I will have a string of bad sessions. My therapist says that is part of therapy. That we will not always dive into some deep conversation or that sometimes I might feel like not talking, and even that connectedness I feel between us can fluctuate and greatly effect the session. There are many factors. I am glad things went better this time.
