Would like to share

Posted by rs on February 7, 2004, at 18:20:48

Would like to share some things since I am new here.
First few years ago was in therapy with the same T for about six years. Well had to end due to him moving far. This was so bad. Even this day can cry over missing him. He was the best and the first that understood and believed me. Did not go to therapy for a few years till major things happened and could not cope.
Anyway this new T seeing is working out well. In many ways he is better then old one. First he is more opened and also sees me twice a week over one. There was a time that my insurance ran up and he came way down on his rate. He cares. Yes still have trust in the way but will work on this.
I am saying this due to reading posts about people loosing their T. Will not lie that it is very hard. No doubt. It was like my world fell apart and it did. But like I said this is working out better in many ways.
Also when I read about transference not sure if had that or do now. Know if I saw a female think would have the transference.
Well thanks. Also this T shares things about himself which in return makes me know he is human and that is alright. Old T new nothing about him and would not tell me anything at all. T and I were speaking and he metioned that he has not paid his house taxes in 13 months due to not having the money. I laughed and said right.
Just a short thing Fallsfall thanks for sharing the name of this forum. Its Lee and hope it ok.
