You sound like me. Since you have troube socialising and ocd you probably have asperger's not ADD. I have figured that the reason why we can't focus has to do with socialising. I got all A's in college on no medicine. The thing is we pay attention to everything we are not facing with our ears (to socialise you have to pay attention to what you are facing with your ears). And then we pay attention only to what we are facing with our eyes (normal people look around with their eyes more). So our ears take care of one thing and our eyes the other (other people do both with their ears and their eyes). The thing is though we hear what is around us better, and see what we are facing better then the average person. (I also noticed we don't look at people's noses or chins much, because that would require moving one's eyes too basically). Then with the OCD, i realised that if you payy attention to the thing you are having OCD with (light switches on and off for example) with your eyes and touch, you can turn the light off just once. Also, we only do this with things like lights, caps on milk/juice, and locks, because we think if they are not all the way they will do things like cause a fire, make the juice go bad, or make it so people can get in the house. But actually none of that will happen because the light switches and everything were designed that way quite luckily for us. As for the Abilify, I was on it and it made me have thoughts like: I'm going to molest kids, kill people, have guys suck my dick, have sex with my mom, even kill and eat people. So I got off of that, and all those thoughts went away. So if you notice thoughts like that definitely get off of it. The thoughts are very annoying.
