Is there any reason to believe that trying a different SSRI (perhaps fluvoxamine) may be more effective?
Zippo objective evidence. Many like high dose SSRI + small dose clomipramine. Perhaps your patient would buy that (+ Weight Watchers or Ionamin [phentermine]).
