what does the US have to do to make immigrants not want to move to the US anymore??

how much of a bad trade deal does it need to offer countries before people stop looking to the US for hand-outs of trade deals (that are bad for the majority of their peoples)?

i'm worried about that, like i don't know any classifed info but ... i hope we don't have an EMP attack, these times are rocky bridge that don't know whats gonna happen next
