Anyone Else do This

Posted by gadchik on April 30, 2012, at 14:08:04

When I was on 3 meds,I could shake the bottles, and know which was what,or what was which(sigi). We'd be watching tv at night, low light, and I'd shake each bottle, then confirm before popping the pill! Each bottle looked same from outside.(1 of those things you dont know about me!)Hubby seemed entertained by it.Now,only 1 pill,so much for the nightly show!

I know the sound of each of my meds, so I could easily take them in the dark.

i cant say my dreams are frightening, they were when i first started getting bad anxiety. Now they are just weird, and I could do without them.Sometimes,I feel worn out after waking from these never ending dreams.Do the benzos increase dreaming?

p,i dream in vivid color, and i can feel emotion so strongly, good or bad,in my dreams. When I first became depressed,I dreamed of a hummingbird on a wht plate. Its wings were glued to the plate, and it was looking me in the eye, with such sorrow.I told my pdoc of it,and she thought it was so amazing. When I got well,I dreamed again of a hummingbird,it was bright yellow, and it popped out of a brilliant pink flower, and the grass was the greenest i've ever seen

One step further. If the pharm tech is looking for my Clonazepam, I just say, third isle, second shelf from the top, third from the end. Oh, the first bottle is expired.

Thanks for the laugh this morning Phil! I am a few days into my taper of klonopin.Ive discovered that remeron 3.75mg helps.Im actually not feeling too bad,or dizzy yet, actually hiked 3mi.s this morning, and felt energetic! I didnt even have to take the remeron last night.I sure hope I can do it this time.I have vowed to get down to .25mg,then decide from there if I still want to go completely without.

You have plenty of time so try not to rush it. .25 would be cool and I doubt that you be hurting anything at that dose. I guess the rest of the way would be the very hard part. SANDPAPER TIME.

Not sure if it's worth it. I guess if you want off of it, it is. I'm not messing with mine but may in the future. Anxiety has been a biggie for me all of my life so, what to do?
