> how much is the purse?

$3500.00

i had to buy the bull..that was $1000.00

then i had to find someone to retrieve "his package"....having had it all of his life, he was quite reluctant to part with the jewels. $1000.

i had to find an expert, someone who knew how to make a "silk purse out of bull ****s." $400.00

had to run a full page ad in the San Marcos News.....$600.00

i had to make something on it.....had to get my clothes cleaned.......$500.00

voila!!!!!! $3500.00.....nothing down and no interest until 2012!!!!!

oh yes, there are endless patterns! let us pick one for you!

HURT. OMG. This is the best laugh to date I have had. I can't say whose was the funniest. I want to know who is checking Toph purse. Better be careful...

Oh Texas Chic I am one of the initial ones so I will come clean I am a girl, but then probably at my age girl is inappropriate so woman probably is the more polite term. Not one with 2 somethings to be made eventually into a purse or purses when I am done with it/them.

OH man this is one thread that deserves a special place.

LMAO in Indiana.

Toph, my bulls are top line. And my ballsy alternator is highly skilled and trained with the famous Bob Wills and The Texas Playboys.......

A big ball in cowtown
Recorded by bob wills and the texas playboys
Written by hoyle nix

Aagghh! let the ladies split out wide
Grab your pardner - go hog wild. aagghh! now, now, now;

Chorus
Big ball's in cowtown
We'll all go down
Big ball's in cowtown
We'll dance around.

Workin' on the railroad
Sleepin' on the ground
Eatin' saltine crackers
Ten cents a pound.

Chorus

Put on your new shoes
Put on your gown
Take off them sack clothes
The big ball's in town.

Chorus

I'll stay in cowtown
I'll stick around
Bolt up your window
The big ball's in town.

Where I used to live. Also known as FunkyTown (by an entirely different group of people then the ones who call it cow town).

Who'd you say was singing that? Sounded like someone old school.

I've been finally catching up on all these posts. Yall are making me laugh even when I'm in a crappy mood!

Oh, and rskontos, I totally thought you were a guy! I see your name and for some reason see 'ron', which is a family name. So I've been calling you Ron in my head.

Oh, and fayeroe, I couldn't remember where in TX you lived, I was thinking further south for some reason. But (going by things you've said) you live in my absolute favorite part of TX! Ever since everythings gone to crap with my job, I've actually thought about looking for work there. You know, just start over new. And that area is way more my style than North Dallas! Bleck! Its pretty and well kept and all, but if I see one more guy sporting matching biker shorts and top, getting all in my way riding a bike when I'm trying to drive, I may throw up. I really need to live somewhere more bohemian.

-T

I'm gonna have to run by Billy Bob's next time I'm in that part of town and pick me up a new purse!

One of the few benefits of being 56 is your spouse let's you buy a few toys every now and then so she can go off with her girlfriends in peace. Works well for both parties.

Benefits of being single.
1. drinking straight out of the milk carton.
2. having raisin bran for dinner.
3. sleeping anywhere you want to in the bed..middle, left or right.
4. getting up at 4:00 a.m. to play music LOUD.
5. dating younger men and then discarding them by the roadside.....:-)
