Dang it, I'm dancing when I should be...

doing something more productive and meaningful.

Somebody please change the record or offer me a distraction? I really want to stop engaging in certain types of dancing. It's not healthy, it's not always fair to my partner, and it's definitely not worth it.

Okay GG. Repeat after me:
I won't dance. Don't ask me.

Regards,

gg, who's using what Zell Miller would call a "metta-fer"

We can dance if we want to
We can leave your friends behind
'Cause your friends don't dance and if they don't dance
Well they're no friends of mine
I say, we can go where we want to
A place where they will never find
And we can act like we come from out of this world
Leave the real one far behind
And we can dance

I changed the record for you, but changing the type of dance you're doing is up to you. ;-)

I actually got up and did the Safety Dance! I love that song, and we actually played it at our reception.

And it's a good metta-fer, too. Safety is cool. And the dance if we want to thing...love that.

You're so cool!

You can dance, any dance that you want,
but darlin' don't forget whose taking you home...

Save the last dance for me!

It beats Singing in the Rain, at least, right?

Is it bad that I could picture the video for that song in my head, but it took a lot longer to come up with the tune?

:)

Thanks,

I really like this thread. I think you can tell a lot about a person by the music they listen to. I like every genre of music, except Gospel and Black Metal. Too much of a good vs. evil spectrum.

I'd like to just kick back here and watch for a while. Gotta keep on dancin'...

Come dancing,
Come on sister, have yourself a ball.
Don't be afraid to come dancing,
It's only natural.

(Unless you have a KINK in your back!)

Took my love
Into overdrive
Custom pink
Tonight you'll pay the price
When she's hot
Well, damn she's hot
Electric love
Like Sandra Dee

Should have seen her dance

Come on and dance
Come on baby
Come on and dance

2 in a row, sorry, but I have to do this-

Everyone attacked and it turned into a ballroom blitz

And the girl in the corner said
Boy, I wanna warn ya, it'll turn into a ballroom blitz
