the only job that has seriously considered me for the past couple of months of unemployment is thinking that I might have too much experience, perhaps too qualified? and hence not likely to stay in the position. That's crazy talk! I am soooo unemployed, and sooo wanting this job.

I'd take any reasonable offer of something in my field. I have not been picky, just not much to pick from. This opportunity happens to be pretty good though, but it's 1/2 time. That's OK though, as long as I'm half employed I can fill the rest with 'whatever'(meaning not necessarily related to my field) and feel pretty OK about it.

The job market is a bi*ch. Worse than ever for normal, working people. I dont't know how long this can go on.
