Nope, s'true, and I've done it!
I have a way better party trick but it involves a dill pickle and an extension cord, and can be dangerous.

I think this party trick helped to get me evicted from an apartment back in the "old days". It was either this or the guy who juggled raw eggs outside in the street. That was some party.

It also works with pickled onions (anything with a high salt content?) but the smell is atrocious and hangs around for weeks.
