Hmmm... I think he stole that from the four noble truths of buddhism.. but it's a great thought. I think I'm still fighting it. I still think I can make life easier.. I can catch up, I can get it all organized so it will run smoothly.. I'm supposed to be happier. Aren't I? This can't be how it's supposed to be. Can it?
What if it is.. life is supposed to be this hard. That would be a relief, to be able to accept that. I can't quite accept it yet.

My reaction to statements like that is always along the lines of a two year old.
