gratitude

I just want everyone to know that I really do appreciate the support you all give. It does help.

I second that feeling. I don't know what I would do sometimes without the folks on this board.

I really don't know, I don't, I can't imagine where I'd be if I hadn't found this place.
Its liking thinking about a near accident, you know.

Thank you

I think we need To have another party Dinah,
or at least a nap and cookies like we did in Kindergarten. What a couple of weeks.
And the cryings not over for me yet...

I think a party sounds grand, Gabbi. Do you like Fawlty Towers? Blackadder? Those manage to make me laugh no matter how I feel.

I'll bring some mint chip icecream and maybe some cheesecake. The cakey sort, not the cheesy sort. Is it too hot out for comfy jammies?

Yes, funny I was craving it, July first,
so I went and got a cone, and it started to rain
I was just about at my door, and I slipped, and fell on my face and lost my ice cream. I felt so pathetic and sad I cried like a kid

And Black Adder, does make me laugh, and the temperature is perfect for pajamas,
And the Wegman dogs doing Alphabet soup always make me laugh no matter what, I wonder if any of you parents know the Wegman Dogs and Alphabet soup
Could you bring it? Ahh, I feel better already.

Many of us spend so much time in shlobby clothes and pajamas and would love a chance to feel sleek and dressed up. So we'll have a wardrobe on hand, and all those people who make you feel silky and buff, too.

I'll check through my son's tapes. But I'll stick with comfy. Maybe even with little feet attached. Wouldn't want to scare you guys with the sight of me in sleek clothing. :)

While Chocolate Chip Mint is no doubt an excellent choice, Lemon Chiffon is the bomb!!! Heaven by the spoonful...

I had that once last year.. OH it was delicious.

Maybe WhiteRabbit could bring some Chitosan:)

And I saw this Far side cartoon where
In heaven there was a line - up for a
Telescope with a sign over top that said

"See your former spouse in HELL"

Maybe we could get something like that..

Oh no, I guess not yet.

Can I bring Chocolate Fondue with Strawberrys, Bananas, and Angel Food Cake?

If you would like, I'll stand on a chair and blow bubbles over the festivities.

Will you share the bubbles?
I love blowing bubbles..
I wish we could get those flying outfits like they have on cirque de soleil and fly over everyone blowing bubbles. Hey I could make some.

I am just gonna go with the first post, though I read them all, and say to all of you that I missed you the last couple of weeks and feel an immense, though perhaps demented ( :) ) kinship with all of you.

ps gabbi, who want to dress up...to me jeans, a button down shirt and (ekk) a tie is too much.
I wear shorts and jammies almost year round come snow or sun...lmao

I always get lots of small containers (you don't lose as much when you spill), and a big container to refill them with.

Please make my outfit maroon. It's my favorite color.

That was so much fun thank-you, and you can keep the outfit. It suited you! Then you can come over and we can fly around my castle and blow bubbles when we're sad.

I just saw that and it made me laugh for the first time today.
Thank you for the empathy. It was supposed to be such a treat too, really, I haven't had ice cream in ages, and It was Canada Day..

It brought out the 5 year old in me and it felt tragic. :(

I'm fine now though ;)

I'm glad that you've managed to get passed this tragedy! And I'm glad I could make you laugh.

But really - I've been there, where such a simple little no-big-deal type of thing ends up ruining your whole day. If it was something you were really looking forward to...

I love mint choc chip too!
