Go to your super pdoc appointment today. :)

And if he exhibits any superpowers, make sure you come back and tell us about them. We all love superdoc stories.

Thanks for the nag it was a needed prompting, right now, I feel like well if he's so super he can fly over and get me. (poor man and all this has just happened in my own head) at least I'm
grouchy not terrified.

Cool duuuuude was I really hypo?.... Never had that before now I can add a new one to my title. Unipolar possibly soft bi-polar cyclical progressive refractory major depressive Miss Borderline Traits

Seriously though I've been suspecting that for a while will tell Pdoc

Thank you for the story about your cat and the chicken soup, and the garden.I needed that. The garden part reminded me of Calvin and Hobbes, When Calvin was about to jump into a pile of leaves. Then Hobbes warned him of the slugs that probably lurked at the bottom. "problem with nature is there is always something spewing mucous on you"

Bobby thank-you for staying up with me, and please tell me about the mango tree.

Most of all thanks for just having fun last night. It was great to tune in and see t Ab ithA

Hi Gabster,

Didn't realize you were dx'd unipolar. Maybe I don't know hypo from a hole in the wall, but it is pretty common for bipolar to be misdiagnosed unipolar. Why I said hypo is you seem to have a ton of verbal energy lately ;-) plus kind of wild humor and making puns, etc (most enjoyable though). I was misdiagnosed too since I didn't know what hypomania was. I knew I didn't have classic mania. Kinda think my doc should've known enough to ask the right questions though. The only difference is if bipolar you'll get mood stabilizers, and that might help stop cycling down into depression so much.

Always happy to nag when needed. Just ask anyone. :) So how did it go with super-pdoc? Did he perform any super pdoc feats?

That Calvin and Hobbes was just full of wisdom. That's always been my opinion of nature too. It would be just fine without all the reality. My therapist once had me do a guided visualization of a journey through a forest. I was supposed to lean back against a mighty oak and soak in the peacefulness. But I just couldn't relax. I was afraid imaginary ticks would fall on me. And the ground was damp....
