dreams (alternate reality)

Posted by rjlockhart37 on October 1, 2015, at 20:41:29

i've noticed some of my dreams that i rerember arein vivid terms, but like the two things that make me dream, one is when i'm vary sleepy and a sleep for about 2-3 hours and have vivid reremberance of dreams, and then (or) if i drink moderate amounts of alcohol and pass out (for some reason, alcohol stimulates dreams for me) i usally call it just alcie dreams......but anyways......it's just wierd because the mind totally goes into a like diffrent reality, and it's hard to grasp all the things it comes up with in dreams, and usally i can only recall 20 percent of the dream.......but it's like what is making all this story line in the dreams?

Most dreams don't have story lines, which is why we forget them as soon as we awaken. Dreams that have strong story lines, we are more likely to remember, especially if the stories have strong emotional content, like a fight with an important person in our life or an anxiety dream about taking a test or something. I find that dreams with anxiety-producing story lines are those I am most likely to remember. I need to be someplace, but can't remember where or how to get there. A close friend is cruel to me. Etc.

i have had a few dreams where they do act like story lines....but there not back to back, ill dream of something and have another about it a few weeks later
