its getting stronger.
i feel like their coming closer.
first i felt like HE was around. then it grew to several of them that hurt me. now i feel like they all around and ther surrounding me, closing in.
i'm really scared.
i dont know how to get out of this.

It's ok honey. What do you feel like is going to hurt you? It might just be memories. If you can see that it is, try to remind yourself that it's not happening right now, it's over, and you're safe.

i think they are all going to come and get me again. or maybe they want more. or maybe they are just going to watch me forever. maybe they will hurt me or the ones i love. i'm scared of pain, i feel they will pain me somehow.
i wrote my friend camie that i talk to to help me. but i know she talks to other people that need her help too all day so i dont know when she will see it. but i asked her for help. i told her i would do anything in return for her if she would help me get rid of the people.
i hope she helps me.
i told her i tried to talk to you guys. but that its hard cuz you and i not here at same times.i at big persons work, but i hiding. i need to turn something in to big boss but he scares me to i think he gonna makee me cry.
but i have to give it to him. maybe he wont be in room when i give it to him.

Think of a nice pretty meadow to run away too. Remember the pretty ponies we always talked about. They are there awaiting you to feel their soft muzzles and they want to run and play.

littleone, it is just a feeling, but no one is there really. Just hold on to us and those thoughts of the ponies and the meadow and think about how those that hurt you are gone now. You are so brave and I know you are scared. No one is getting mad, it is just what you think not really happening really. Ok it is just that you think it is. i know how that feels. No one is going to hurt you now. You are safe. Think about a nice warm blanket around your shoulders that will not allow any of those people to be on your back. It protects you from harm because it is a special blanket. It guards against all bad people. It is yours and no one can ever take it. Do you feel how soft and warm it is...and how it makes you feel so safe and protected. And now no one feels like they are there. You just feel safe. Secure. Warm protected. Loved. Like a sweet little one should. And now you feel so safe and warm like you could take a nap. Maybe now you can or you can draw a nice pretty picture of the ponies playing with you?
How about that. What color do you want your special blanket to be?
Blue or pink or yellow? Or all three?

thats what i want. that blanket. camie has one. it blocks everything. it is velvet and dark red, pretty red. not painful red. but i like yellow so i will put yellow trim on the one when i close my eyes.

that is good, velvet blanket, dark red, with yellow trim, it is warm and soft and so cuddly and safe. Wrap it around you. Not only does it block but it protects and not any thing will get through. Safe, warm protected loved. Cherish. That is how you feel. No worries. Snug as a ladybug in a rug...rsk

Hope you feeling better.
I have safe places.
My cave is safe.
I have a place in the forest that is safe.
Inside, if its real bad, then there is a high security area. Its all alarmed and lasers and everything. We have to stay there ALOT, moren we want to. But its not so bad cuz at least its safe. The alarms are VERY sensitive, and if they go off security will protect us.
If you want, you can come to any of these places, cept the fortress I guess, cuz you won't be able to get in. NOONE can. But maybe B2 can make a fortress for you inside.
We been told that the bad is gone and can't get us, that its here and now and bad is gone. Bad was BEFORE but its not before anymore. Its now, and now is safe.
Not so sure bout all that.
We getting new T. We saw her today. She seems nice.
It can be OK.
