I took a "time out"
Sorry to scare everyone. What ended up is that I called T who talked to H and I was in the ER drinking charcoal. then they admitted me to psych ward. yippee do. This one was nice though. I had non-freakish roommates and the food was good.
They even let me knit. (((knitting)))
I have to go now. They gave me a lot of klonopin and I need to sleep it off. Haven't slept much in 4 nights.
Thank you for your caring and concern. It brings tears to my eyes :')

Well, basically I don't remember a lot. I just remember that I was on babblechat and they told me to call T. So I did. T said "you should go to the ER to get checked out". Then he called back and told h "don't be too hard on her" H was nice. very concerned.
The thing is that I did my od while h was at home. :( and that scared him a lot.
they made me drink this sludgy charcoal mess and get bloodwork, chest xray. Then the intake "crisis" team took a history and asked me kindly "are you interested in being admitted as an inpatient here? At which point I knew I should be because the pills still beckoned.
The worst part of the ordeal was the first night. I spent it on a stretcher in a room with no door. a man in restraints in the next room was yelling "nurse nurse please let me out" for at least 4 hours. I drank diet ginger ale.
At one point a nurse in the ER was cursing about some story in the National Enquirer. I asked her to watch her language. She apologized. Then she "misplaced" my phone. Am I being paranoid? you decide.
2 days later a new admission to the psych ward said that he had found a cell phone in his belongings and had turned it into the ICU, then it made its way to the lost and found. It was retrieved, exactly 5 minutes before I signed my discharge papers.
while I was chez l'hôpital, h had the session with the "marriage counsellor" solo session. She hooked him up with support groups for family of mentally ill, and gave him pamphlets on depression and stuff. Last night he was actually reading it and a light bulb went off "hey, you have all of those symptoms". well, yes, honey. Welcome to my life...
The food at the hospital was excellent. no joke. there was even coffee breaks after the groups. I met with a pdoc and a counsellor most days. I made friends with the bald nurse and another fellow, as well as one of my roommates. we spent a sleepless night in the lounge. I don't even remember what we talked about.
then I presented my discharge plan, and it was approved. Aftercare consists of 2x weekly therapy, and regular med management. I have to do some DBT work on my own every morning. (suggestions?)
I hope this wasn't too disturbing.
I hope I get better, but there's a lot of work still to do. I think I got a little more strength to do the hard work.
My h is more understanding too. thank god for that. he was getting really frustrated and irritated with me

Ll,our lurpsie, that my sweetie, is called too close for comfort and you scareded me. I want you to promise us that you will do the plan, ok. please. Is it a plan that is doable? I don't want to put any pressure on you but I am a fraught with some worry now.
