LL,

THANK YOU got a referral for Monday. I HATE medical forms! I said yes to depression and anxiety in my medical history (online for the new guy), but MENTAL ILLNESS? Couldn't admit to that and not sure if I should.

Not sure what I think about this new guy either. I hope he is good. Doc I saw today swears he referred me to him 18 months ago. If so why did no one tell ME about the referral?

It really helped to know you were thinking about me today. They had even archived my records and couldn't find my chart!

Note to self: Breathe in and out slowly--want to say something else but it might be uncivil. Breathe. breathe. breathe.

I think I haven't heard what's been going on with you lately, but I'll wish you all good things. Hopefully we can catch up soon.

Update--possible trigger

Had a NOT great day at the doctor's. Went for a well woman check. The office staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. And there was a near disaster with the exam table. No more details. I will not be going back there.

Going to dentist tomorrow for a crown. Next week for a mammo, and all this is just prep for the big event. Still researching surgeons for that.

Please take care of yourself in extra special ways during all of this.

I'm keeping you in my thoughts.

Got a phone call from my sister. Not only was it NOT helpful it stressed me out big time. I was doing pretty good. Huge triggers in a lot of what she said. After 45 min. I hung up on her. I couldn't take it any more.

I don't know how many days it will take to get back to where I was. One day off. I just wanted ONE DAY of peace.

Midnight Blue, I know exactly how you feel. I have been talking to my sister too after not talking to her for I guess 14 years. I have made gains in my therapy and talking to her or my BIL can be very triggery for me. I am not sure why we do it are you?

I am the one that initiated the calls after all this time. How foolish was that?

I am sorry for your stress. I can only say don't answer the phone like I decided to do. My therapist and I talked about it. He helped me see how she sees me. Maybe one day we can put this all behind us. It is sad though isnt it.

I wish I could send you peace. I hope you feel better. I just go off and try to take care of me. Hope you can do the same.

MB, good for YOU. hanging up on her. I just wish that you could see yourself how other people see you. I wish that your sis didn't have so much baggage herself. You definitely deserve a day of peace, and much more.
