It is a daily battle, to control my thoughts. I am a woman, so I worry all the time.

Hi Catmint,
I have that nonstop train of negative thoughts going around and around, too. My therapist has told me many times that I need to stop the negative thought and replace it with a positive one. Or at least a more positive than negative one.
Example: I am a career failure.
Replace with: I am not where I want to be job wise, but better than where I was.
Dr. Clueless (pdoc) suggested I take "just a little bit of" abilify to slow down the thoughts, but I haven't gone that route yet.
