Everytime we try to deal with Bl(inside kid), I seem to end up crashing. Crashed bad this time. Now been taking lots of xanax. But now alls I want to do is sleep. Its hard with kids. Hubby fortunately is around today.
Sleep, and, sleep, and sleep. It's all I wanto do.
Don't care bout nothing but sleep.
Sleep is good.

Hey Muff,

I am worried about all the zanax you are taking, is that okay for you?

I know I tend to "crash" too sometimes and all I want to do is sleep, but usually I don't need anything because I am so exhausted anyways.
So I understand, and you know what, I think it is one of the best ways to destress is to sleep it off. But I am worried about the drugs and stuff, muff, .

I agree with SD. Do what you need to do to keep safe, but keep track of the drugs, okay?

Sorry the phone call with T on Saturday didn't feel more supportive. I am glad she remembered to call, though. I don't think she's sick of you.

Keep us posted about how you're doing, okay?

Thanks TG.
Yeah, gonna stay away from Benzos unless super anxious.
Guess I'll go back on zoloft.
Just a little scared cuz sometimes the SI and the SI (both) gets worse when I starting on it.
Thanks,
Muffled
