Is it possible that I could be so used of being nervous or worried about something, that I dont know any way else to be. Even when I have nothing to worry about, it seems like I find something to worry about.
A little bump on my nose or a little bump on my leg. My head knows that it is nothing. I have to fight off anxiety anyway. If I go to the doctor everytime I am worried about a little something on me, I would always be at the doctor.
I have been to the emergency room because once I had a swollen lymph node. I had been having a cold. It was nothing. Am I the only one out there who is always worried about something?
