missing time

Posted by alexandra_k on August 28, 2005, at 3:24:22

sometimes i miss time. hard to figure how much. sometimes i'm not sure if i'm ruminating or sleeping or missing time or what.. sometimes its all a bit foggy. i miss half days. half days here half days there. but sometimes... i miss a couple days.

i get scaired about what i might have been up to. i don't think it is good. have a bad feeling about it. drugs. i figure that much. but i dunno about what else.

sometimes i can talk to them and find out what has been happening. but sometimes... its just too hard.

how much worse is this supposed to get before it gets better?
why does it have to get worse at all?
i don't understand

(((((((((((Alexandra)))))))))))

'm sorry that it's so hard now.
It's too hard for me to communicate and find out everything parts do also.
For sanity's sake i try to not worry about it- to believe the best and pretend that life starts today, this moment. How does it help to worry and be confused? when you get to t let T know and maybe T can find out by asking. My parts listen to T and will answer what they did.
Sometimes that's hard to do also.

There's a reason why parts do things without telling us. There's some kind of balance inside- for me it has to happen sometimes when things become difficult. It's like a 'vacation' from the stress of being present when you don't have the strength to be there anymore. It's nerve wracking but important not to mess with- for me, anyways.

i hope things calm down.
Please take care,
kerria

It hurts so much when you're hurting, and knowing there's not a damn thing I can say or do to lessen it only makes it hurt more.

Just know how much you're loved and cared about by so many here - NO MATTER WHAT.

I have to believe that none of you want bad things to happen to you, and so would not put you in a position for that to happen.

Hey. Yeah, I think it is like a 'vacation'.
And with respect to what I have been up to...
I think sometimes its best not to know
(Don't dare tell anyone I said that)
Yeah,
I just need to refocus on what I was doing
What I was up to
What is on the agenda this week.

I feel a lot better already.

Thanks :-)

Moving right along...

That fact that you seem to be feeling a bit brighter and better today is enough for me.
