Realizing there is a world out there finally :-)

Posted by pinkeye on June 7, 2005, at 20:39:35

I was almost about to slip into full blown depression, but somehow jerked back. I think I am feeling very fine and for the first time in 6 months, I realized that there is a world other than babble and my ex T and my psychological issues. I didn't ruminate today. I did some form of meditation for the past 3 days. And I am energetic and enthu little. Worked well these past two days. I bought one of my favourite Daniel Steel's novels and going home early to read it.

And I have made my peace with my ex T. I hope for real this time.

Feeling very energetic. Not enough posts in babble - that is my only complaint. I can help more people - anybody wants to chat??

Pinkeye, I haven't been following your posts, but I just want to say I think that it is great that you are feeling better. Thank you for sharing with us! I know that feeling. I wish it would come to me more often!

I know you must envy me, but I didn't pay anything to my ex T. Great isn't it? That guy was great. He treated me for free. Asked me to donate some money to charity - but that was all. Didn't charge me anything.

I was also a Dr's daughter, and it was his courtesy towards fellow doctors.

That's so great!!! I always find it so wonderful when I get a real respite from my down feelings and overly-energetic hypomania. I just soak it up. I think I cherish all the more because 1) it just happens (I don't seemingly have to work for it) and 2) I have something not as great for comparison. No drug in the world can match that solid feeling.

Thanks Jazzed and PM80 (nm)
