Still excited, not anxious

Posted by Poet on January 9, 2004, at 17:10:40

I'm not sure who I am anymore. Who is this person who got two job interviews within a week and an offer dependent on reference checks? Which will check out fine.

Thank you all, again, for the well wishes and support, I think having so many people confident in me made me confident in me.

The process will take about two weeks, but for once, I'm not beating myself up for anticipated failure. Next thing you know I'll look in the mirror and like what I see- uh, no, that has no quick fix. Sigh.

How wonderful for you! I'm so glad that I could share in your excitement as well. Thank you! Now, to work on changing your perception of the person in the mirror. That's hard work... These last 2 weeks should fly by!

See what the power of new shoes can bring?! Seriously, good for you. When it moves along like this it is usually meant to be. Congratulations for doing so well. Celebrate this weekend.

Your Great...Enjoy! (nm)

Aw-right, Poet! It's +you+, that person! I'm glad you're not feeling anxious. (But let yourself, if it comes a bit - it could come and go.)
