Well, I feel as dumb as a purebred springer spaniel (we own one, and is she ever). and feel there is some subtle and delightful humor in your post- which you are of course known for- and I am going to have to just circle around, enjoying it as best I can from a middling and muddling distance. I'll try to be more with it next time!

i feel very violated that my sw is reading my posts..m..
i am having this elaborate suspicious relationship with him,,yet he knows nothing about it..
i think i am about to "trust" him..but..the last step is very hard..is he all good or all bad..
i feel like such an idiot,,
i feel all twisted up inside
i am so tired of feeling..
hubby flew off to korea this morning and i am so extremely angry..sad..lonely..depressed..weepy..boxed in....
going to vaccuum a spot amongst the mess of my life and put up the christmas tree...

In my opinion, your therapist should not be reading what you write here without your permission, despite the fact that it is in the public domain. Did you tell him your posting name? What I, and I think Dinah, do is print out occasional things to bring in. For me, this often helps open up anxiety-ridden areas. It seems to be causing a crisis in your trust in him, so I imagine it would be very important to discuss it thoroughly. You know, you've just got to be able to really trust him in order for good things to happen.

They are great, aren't they?. Ours is so beautiful-looking, with dark, soft eyes, long, long ears, and she is so full of love and the joy of life. The only thing is, she really is quite stupid- she isn't completely housebroken (she's four), she still chews up our best shoes and living room pillows, and she can't get the hang of walking on a leash. My husband calls her "the Thug". Still, she's *our* Thug-
