but now, of course, fresh prince is entitled.
and creative... sucks his dick. doesn't get to do anything at all without his approvals. tells his story. the way he wants it to be told.
when he has all the money. all the power.
he doesn't invest in helping them and helping their creative come into it's (their) own.

It's about progeny / familial investment / family ties trumping meritocracy.
I'ts about progeny / familial investment / family ties gaming the system.
So that one gets things DESPITE ones individual merits. Because ones family is expected to do it for one (when ones job actually needs to be one). Because ones family is expected to bail one out.
Because ones job was made so that an idiot incompetent *ss would suffice to benefit ones family.
At the expense of all else.
