That still small voice

Tonight I am so upset with my husband. I just wanted to go for a ride by myself. The still small voice (I know that God was speaking to my spirit) kept saying "no".

I also went to read my Bible and the verses that I read spoke about building a house on wisdom. I also read where it said something about working outside the home but coming back to build your house.

i wish i could hear that voice right now, I write prayer jounals to christ, telling him all my concerns but i wish i could hear it. I wish i could be close to god, with my life.

I feel sometimes that i just want out.

The voice will come back. You may not hear it because he may be carrying you right now, but he's always with you.

You do hear his voice. You might not recognize it as the Holy Spirit speaking to you. If you pray, He is there. He is listening. He is answering. Matt, God has mighty plans for you. Dont let the enemy discourage you. You are in the palm of his hand.

I am so glad that I did not walk out of the door Friday night. Everything is fine now. My husband and I are doing well. Stronger and better than ever.

I'm glad you listened. :)

Mine has been rather silent lately. I think that I might need to be able to access a certain inner stillness to be able to hear it.
