I Suppose My Self-Esteem Should Be Low

Posted by fayeroe on May 28, 2009, at 22:21:24

1. I was blocked.
2. I laughed.
3. I needed a break from Babble and the insanity that is here.
4. I prefer my own insanity occasionally.
5. I really didn't miss the boards. I missed Sigismund.
6. It is likely that I won't stay here now that I am back.....

Pat

I think the other Fayeroe probably died when the real Fayeroe died in February. I will probably lay the name to rest now unless I refer to her.

-----flutterby: I'm so sorry you were blocked, I've been thinking of you and hoping you are OK.(the very idea of being blocked puts me in an anxiety overload!)
My heart goes out to you and to Fayeroe. I'm not too good at comforting but will do my best to be a shoulder if you need one.

Ever since you first posted to me 4 years ago on that "other" forum-- I felt your "life spark"-- some people have it, some don't-- You do. the spark contains a special energy that makes life fuller-- more interesting-- and transends to others and thus the life energy goes on and on.... I will think of you as "sparky" -- if that's OK with you.

I've always kept you in my thoughts and will forever hope the best for you in all your journeys.

Mandy, I am so glad that you're here and not at the "other board"...I see you post and that makes me happy.

I actually blocked myself before Bob could get to it. I had said all I needed to say and knew that blocking myself would get the ball rolling, so to speak. Blocking doesn't really bother me. I don't come very often to read when I am "on self-imposed" isolation.

You're so kind telling me that I am an "okay" person. I hope that I am. I work on it. The spark is still here. Sometimes it dims considerably and sometimes it glows like hell!

Today is a glowing day as I have been working in my gardens and I love the energy that I get from the plants.

Fayedy's blanket garden is really beautiful. Every color that I could find as she was a colorful and beautiful spirit. I miss her. Thank you for telling me that I could talk to you. That is so sweet.

I hope my "farewell tour" doesn't look like one of Cher's goodbyes. :-)

I missed you too.
I have just put up a wonderful episode of Colbert on Politics.
You probably know it, but it bears repeated watching.

I was thrilled that CoBEAR went to Iraq and entertained the troops. Letting the high up officer shave his head made it all that more delicious! Did you see it?

He had a suit made out of the desert material that Josh wore (and all soldiers) while he was in Iraq! Don't you know the soldiers just loved it!! But, shaving the head was the best......

Did you ever see the Budweiser (I think) beer ads (about 15-20 years ago ) where the guys were sitting around and something "profound" would happen and the lead actor would say "I love you, Man"?.....I want to say that to Stephen!

Hey Pat,

I am glad you came back...I am just coming on. Don't go again anytime soon, ok?

I am a co Bear fan too.

Here is the link for the hair cut by a general. It is hilarious.
