I have much catching up to do as always. Just things have changed so much since I last posted. And yet so many things have stayed the same. I still struggle with salt cravings, and have not been able to get any of the medical help that I have needed. I sit here typing and feel almost numb for the moment from some kind of emotional exhaustion as it happens sometimes. I have been slowly losing weight. I would like it to come off quicker since I have much to lose, but having limited mobility it makes it very very hard. Then when I eat something sometimes, I try to push the guilty feelings about eating it out of my head but it is hard. I am not talking even about anything bad, just some things in general. I have been doing well, but it is always a struggle. Why is everything such a struggle...

Yes good question!! I guess partly due to that fact that we struggle with our own human desires? I dont know.
