Dairy Products and Gluten intolerance?

Posted by Lamdage22 on June 28, 2018, at 22:21:20

Hey,

i have eczema on eyelids and lips. Recently i have been exploring the idea that it might come from what i eat and drink rather than something airborne because i have no respiratory symptoms. Are there any Lactose intolerant or milkprotein intolerant among you? What about Gluten?

I am having a test done soon. What do you know about the topic?

Just checking.

I had the Alcat Test done last year. It's a fairly new food and chemical sensitivity test. I don't know if it's available in Germany.

You could always try avoiding dairy and gluten for a couple of months and see if you notice a difference.

I'm better off with A2 milk, though even that I don't drink much.

This is about a casein protein?

I also bought natural whey protein powder without sweeteners or flavor for after working out.

Given my known facts and practice experiences;

"gluton intolerance" (celiac sprue) is rare and identified shortly after birth because, metabolic toxins cause considerable digestive signs and symptoms upon exposures. Thus, chances are, if you haven't considerable digestive history, you don't have it. Management requires dietary gluton elimination (as a warning; it's amazing how marketers have taken advantage of innocents claiming unfounded "gluten intolerance").

Although much more common than gluton intolerance (~60% of humans), Lactose Intolerance is relatively simple to identify because, serial lactose ingestion precipitate indigestion. Management is simple; eliminate lactose and or, take lactase when ingesting lactose.

Best of luck, chances are you'll do well applying simple strategies without complicated multimarketed medical or OTC management scams.

I had an IgE test once that seemed to confirm my condition (reactive, inflamed perhaps).

IgG relates to the mucosal lining on the gut?

The ige is definitely legitimate. I had it done, too. But the igg is supposed to find intolerances as opposed to allergies with ige.
