are there any supplements that reliably help with concentration, for those of us on psych drugs?

I can't reduce any of my medications right now. I'm on an AAP and 2 anticonvulsants, which is probably a big part of the reason I often can't concentrate all that well.

I was thinking gingko biloba, but I don't know much about it. I do have 100mgs capsules of B-6, but I don't know if that's the best idea. I already take a b-100, plus folic acid, plus biotin, plus niacinamide.

Gingko biloba didn't do anything for me. Neither did vinpocetine. Piracetam made me feel wired. Some people say they are helped by Prevagen, and some say it's worthless. What's helped my concentration the most is neurofeedback. People who try this are frequently able to reduce their meds.

You might find this site interesting. If you do try any of these, I'd suggest starting with a very low dose, in case they interact with your meds.
