i take between 15-30mg of zinc picolinate but find it will tend to make me agitated.
ideally, i'd like to be able to take it for its benefits on focus, the immune system, sperm production etc.
anyone reacted this way before? think i might have success with a different form of zinc?

I take 30mgs OptiZinc daily (1 capsule) without any signs of craziness. Its supposedly a superior form of zinc, better absorption, blah blah blah. I get it on super sale at vitacost.
