people should have to join and pay a membership fee BEFORE you let them view your ethics guidelines.

oh well, at least the *physicians* have the relevant information needed...
have you seen how 'informed consent' has been obliterated off the face of the earth and this revolutionary new idea of 'collaborative care' has been introduced as something shockingly overly respectful of patients... i mean... it *almost* views them as persons...
