I am doing better

Posted by Lamdage22 on June 25, 2019, at 21:52:10

Hey Guys,

I am doing really good for my standards. I think the supplements are working. Its almost like I added another med but I didn't. It's not remission but its a life well worth living. I will attend online university in August.

Hang in there guys.

Good on you. I've noticed in a previous post you were using bright light therapy (which I'm just starting). Are you still finding it useful?

Its hard to pinpoint specific supplements that help. I take a whole plethora of supplements and I think they all contribute. Sometimes when I leave one out I get into trouble.
