hi. there was a lady on mad in america who posted about her Orthomolecular experiences. She worked with a doctor. She wrote that she spent about 6 months detoxing, which I imagine would involve some mood issues (?). maybe that's it?

im not an expert. when I started Orthomolecular, I did a 6 month detox before transitioning into a more standard Orthomolecular protocol (plus extras, of course), so maybe that's why my experience has been different? I dunno.

You could try B3 as nicotinic acid, the flush form instead.
Also are you using a slow release B3? This could possibly result in exessive levels.
I'm pretty sure that its recommended to take vit c along with megadosing B3. At least 3g daily.

Just thinking out load.

Single-substance approaches from the herbal world or the supplement world just don't work well. We need the synergy of nature, the wide spectrum of all vitamins, not just concentrated on one or another.

Sensitivity to things like that, including paradoxical responses, are one of the best clues to stealth microbial colonies in the brain and/or leaky gut. The bad experience should be viewed as a clue that a detective can use, not as a failure.

I will not act on a "clue". I want to do proven things.
