Im kind of pissed... I had a brain scan everything was fine. But I think the tumor is somewhere else so I contacted my doctor and said I want a Full body MRI she said No becuase there are no signs of me having it so I would have to pay for a private doctor . So now I have to find a private doctor which I have no experience with doing or how to do . But how would I tell her I suspect I hav a tumor that secrets CRH? I mean I told her I have 24/7 anxiety but nobody knows about this yet CRH tumors are rare....

Right now im taking ST johns worth im like 5 days in it is helping somewhat very little but in the study you had to be on this for 8 weeks before You see 20% decrease in CRH which is too long..

I have also tried tribulus which supposedly lowers CRH I took it but I felt like the effect was VERY WEAK. was on it for short tho.

here is a thread about my situation you can read to see where im up to
https://www.longecity.org/forum/topic/100998-what-can-cause-excessive-crh-or-acth/

alpha lipoic acid works best in decreasing CRH for me but effect very short (30 minutes)

Ginkgo Biloba works also but chronic high dosage needed (effect only like few hours)

polygala tenuifolia is another herb that supposdly decreases CRH I have ordered im waiting for it to arrive so I can try it.

So right now there doesent seem to be many ways in decreasing CRH.. I just want something meanwhile that can Calm my brain until I get this private doctor so I can get an full MRI...

So im switching between alpha lipoic acid, ginkgo biloba and hopefully polygala tenuifolia will work very good I cross my thumbs... But in the end I have to deal with this CRH - tumor.

here is a CRF antagonist thread I made:

https://www.longecity.org/forum/topic/100307-what-are-some-crf1-antagonists/

so yeah right now I have no money for an MRI gotta wait until payday , Find an private clinic or whatever , get an Full body MRI and take it from there, but yeah atleast it is not in my brain thats good news, and I think it is benign becuase if it was a cancer that spreads it would have probably spread to my brain and killed me by now.

I know I sound crazy that I keep going on over this tumor, but I know I have a CRH problem, something is causing excess CRH which I wanna find out.

Have you actually had your cortisol levels tested? High anxiety may (or may not) correlate with high cortisol.

No didnt have my CRH measured, is it possible to have all 3 measured CRH,CRF1 and CRF2? or just CRH?

Idk maybe I have high cortisol dunno.. I tried aswghganda and various other herbs that supposedly lowers cortisol to no effect, I mean they helped a tiny little but my ''Main'' anxiety was still there

Most things that have helped my anxiety are things that have an effect on the CRH system.
