Is depression the only symptom that remains?

Is so, I would look carefully at Lexapro to determine whether or not it is helping. If not, you might opt for switching to Pristiq and adding Wellbutrin if necessary. Besides acting as antidepressants, both drugs might enhance Vyvanse in the treatment of ADHD.

If Lexapro is helping, but is inadequate, you could try adding Wellbutrin or Remeron.

Actually, with the Geodon I'm not experiencing much depression. Once I've gotten at least 4 weeks of Lexapro in my system I'll assess where my depression is at.

>you might opt for switching to Pristiq

Pristiq unbalanced my mood and did nothing for my OCD. I think all SNRIs do this to me.

>If Lexapro is helping, but is inadequate, you could try adding Wellbutrin

I think it will be the case that Lexapro gets my OCD under control, but does nothing for my mood. This is the case with most SSRIs.

I love wellbutrin, but the last time I tried it it had some untoward side effects (hallucinations).

Remeron makes me very depressed.

Me, too.

My guess is that this is the result of NE alpha-2a antagonism. Idazoxan and Latuda also treated me badly. Both of these drugs are also NE alpha-2a antagonists.

Wow, if you can get by with that, that's a neat little package. Good luck!

that is a good combination....all the medications are in place....for what there treating....the only thing is they can interfere sometimes with the effect of the vyvanse....the geodon and lithium...can decrease the dopamine in the synapse...

you could ask about maybe 50mg in morning and 50mg in after noon? or just 100mg all together....

still that is a good combo...
