Adderall to Vyvanse conversion

Posted by Beckett on June 24, 2013, at 18:00:39

Right now I take 10mg XR Adderall per day. It works well enough but wears off too quickly. I want to ask my doc about Vyvanse.

Anyone here have experience with both? Any comment about Vyvanse equivalency?

I have read that 30mg of Vyvanse is about equal to 10mg adderall.

Thanks for any comments.

I love talking stims. When I was on Vyvanse I think I was at 120. I take high doses and I think Vyvanse is the best unless you lose your insurance. I'm on 60 mg Adderall now so I guess half in my case.
Vyvanse is the smoothest stim I've ever been on.

Thanks Phil. Did you find that the Vyvanse lasted longer than the Adderall--that is if you took/take adderall XR?

Vyvanse does exactly what it says..like 10-12 hours.

60mg's of adderall is equivalnt to vyvanse 140mg....but the deleivery system is diffrent, vyvanse lasts much longer.....it wears off slower than adderall fast crash
