Don't be so hard on yourself, ya hear? you haven't done/said anything that's so different from other posters. i think you're driving yourself crazy by ruminating and obsessing over things in the past. I've been there--I used to wish I could have a delete button for moments in my life, lol. so be easy on yourself. no one else is over analyzing things you've written (just you!).

I hope you're feeling better these days,
b

Excellent advice. Just do your thang, R.J., and don't worry about judging it. The common link we all share is we want to feel better, so we understand your posts better than you think we do. Keep expressing yourself. Not only might it bring some peace to you, but someone reading it might see a similarity to their own experience and, as a result, might also find a sense of peace. Never apologize for being yourself.

im alright....just kinda realizing the fact of overexposing in frount of people about TMI situations...like going up to someone and saying i have hernia....the'll just stand there and go "ok...get better" and then they would think a wierdo. Overexposing....i did this with my family and friends and it made me pay bad because they think badly of me....

lol thanks

People say i think too much...i mean ALOT of people just random i've met...NA meetings, places i worked...they told me to stop thinking and do the work...they didnt understand im limited in somethings and i have overthink on certain things to make success...some people just relax around and fix all their problems as fast 5min.

Everything i post here...is the only way to get it out...i don't talk like this in real life...usally this forum is the best form of communication i have right now. I've got to learn to integrate the way i post in babble into real life...

just relax breathe and pretend im oprah....lol

yea... love to express myself but i overexposing is a hazerd redflag.....i've gone up tp people and said the most inappropriate most embarrasing things anyone could ask....

still ... no regrets because if i didnt do those things in the past...something else would of came up....can't repress the root of cause. But surely i would love to change the course of history....i had a dream I went to 2004....i could see what was going on...i was in spanish class...but i couldnt really change anything....i just rerember talking to the girl who sat behind me....i can't rerember the exact thing...dreams are distored and don't really have structure.

anyways....thanks!

Hang-in there, RJ. Go easy on yourself. We're all thinking crazy things. Your approach to releasing them may be different, but that's what makes you unique. As the brilliant and often misunderstood Oscar Wilde said, "be yourself; everyone else is already taken ;)."
