at home today...chillm, already had my meal replacement shake...and B12, and some coffee...watchin the news and god...mccdonalds commercial came on...1$ double cheezeburger came on. This is painful! i eat tiny portions of food now but its raw ration stuff...tuna, canned chicken breast, with meal replacements at main eating times. Usally at night is the worst time when i want to munch and get a sweet tooth..
I'm at 230...lost 14lbs, disiplined diet, and low excerise, i am going down really....but its so bad, i want a mccdonalds cheezeburger so bad!!! lol

I've heard when on those diets that you can treat yourself maybe once a week. Man must have cheeseburgers now and then.

> rLou Pilder has taught me to double-check anything that you put in your body.Especially cheeseburgers. I would plug it in to his Death-o-meter first before taking a bite.

I lost 47 of the 55 pounds on gained on AAPs. Mostly through dieting and really changing my eating habits (not that I overate on AAPs -- I didn't. I just gained weight). But when I was dieting, I went out once a week for dinner with my husband and would have something high-calorie -- a burger with fries or something. I found, as time went on, that I could never finish what I ordered. But I think trying to change your eating habits for the long-term while allowing yourself the occasional indulgence, is the best way to lose weight.
