having a time with a congestion and its gone to the point where im having brown stuff coming up...i feel disoriented, i've thought it was blood sugar....for a while...but feeling this awful all the time...there's too many isses to post...
well anyway....my prayers are high because i don't know what to do with all this stuff happening in my body...losing lots of energy even when im not doing hard work...and if i hae caffiene...it causes panic attacks, ugh! like every solution I have its contradicted...if I drink it causes my heart to flutter...
there's only so much I can post and hopefully get a intellictizual review of it. It's limited here on babble...like i said i've been majorly procrastinating finding another medical board for these issues.

- take an expectorant containing guiaphenesian, this will break up the muck in your chest and help you cough it up - Robitussin or a generic, 400mg every 4 hours
- take a simple pain releiver like Advil to help the fever and aches and pains and headache
- stay in bed, or rest inside in a warm room
- See your PCP..... most bronchitis is viral and doesnt need antibiotics, but sometimes it does, a check with your doctor would be worth while.
- Take some extra vitamin c, eat whatever you can, and if you cant eat, have sugary drinks to provide some energy.... and keep your fluid intake up
Its natural to feel flat and have no energy when you have 'flu, thats what differentiates influenza from a cold, give it time for your body to recover before doing anything strenuous

the ER is vary expensive and it would be a burden on parents for them to pay for it. Alot of my doctors think im a hypocondriact and that is the least thing that is going on....these doctors just sit around and make up assumption and not listen to the words that come out of my mouth to them. Stubborn.
i'm going to see my doctor soon...these periods will go dormant for weeks, and then return. Yes, I know....i will get in.

I went in today...im on presciption antihistimine and ZPAC or whatever you call them....its actually going away...I went the state fair sunday and that's where I got it...i touched something.
But still the nuerological problems are still existant...and that needs a CAT scan, the whole body really to see everthing. Its really frustrating that post here and then...this is just forum, it's limited.

RJ, do you take a daily multivitamin, for example Centrum or one of the store brand generics?
