I'm on the Ensam 9 mg patch and absolutely cannot sleep. I'm falling asleep at work. It's terrible. The doctor is considering putting me on Seroquel for sleep which means I have to come off the Abilify which frightens me. The Abilify has always worked for me. Has anyone taken Seroquel for sleep and what kind of success did you have? Has anyone considered or taken the patch off a couple hours before sleep? Does that work? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I've read on here that removing the patch at night does work for some. Might google ensam in the archieves. Seroquel was horrible for me. Phillipa

Sorry late reply it made me so dizzy the next day and was in a hospital that was told to stay in bed. Also I knew what I wanted to say but couldn't make words come out. Immediately the doc discontinued it. That was 50mg. Phillipa
