I'm checking out Lundbeck's pipeline, and found this-- this might be good for cognitive impairment from residual depression or psychosis, as a booster to Aricept:

a 5ht6 anagonist that indirectly enhances the release of dopamine and norepine therefore enhancing cognition? this might would be something that could be good for me, it works anything like how cyproheptadine works. cyproheptadines antagonism of the 5ht2c receptor works great for my mood and cognition, my memory and just about everything, and when that receptor is blocked off norepinephrine and dopamine release is increased.
i like this approach to treating mental problems.
