IGM still elevated years after lymes what's it mea

Please help interpret as google searches don't but after having lymes over l0 years ago Igm is still elevated at 2.25 and can find no answers of how high or what it means. Did see that Igm stays elevated for years but the IGm should go down right? Also diabetes non fasting glucose 126 does this mean diabetes??? Love and thanks Phillipa
