I have to say, this is very similar to a phenobarbital medication, it does not have the same effect Xanax has in soothe, it feels more like a sedating barbiturate AKA phenobarbital, exept phenobarbital lasts 12 hours usally. Xanax XR is kinda unstable in it's flow, yet it lasts 24 and feel grogginess from the slow release of alprazolam. Right now, I just feel so held back like I'm slow...no not a high, it's like clonodine exept it doenst make you depressed like clonodine, or clonazepam [they need to put on there, risk: depression]
anyone else? similar?
I know phenobarbital is not used any more, yet XR form of Xanax is released in a very diffrent way. Like Vyvanse kinda of.

Well it's good use for panic prevention, the regular xanax is good for panic attack PRN.
