RLS + need something to help me GET to sleep...?

Hi everyone -

I'm currently taking the following:

Adderall
Lexapro
Geodon
Klonopin
Ambien

for major depression - treatment resistant w/ anxiety. Since adding the Geodon I've gotten a case of restless legs that really bothers me. My doc gave me Cogentin but it has done nothing. Anything else out there to try? Mirapex possibly?

Also, it takes me at least 4 hours to fall asleep, once I'm asleep I'm fine. It's not the Adderall because my last dose is at 4pm and I go to bed around 11pm. I'm tired and sleepy but can't fall asleep. Ambien apparently doesn't work either anymore. What else is there that won't leave me groggy the next day (i.e. Trazadone, Seroquel, etc)?

I see my pdoc tomorrow and thought I'd get some suggestions before seeing him.

Lunesta usually gives me good sleep w/ no hangover. Sonata (generic) is more potent (I find) and is good to get me to sleep. I also do not experience a hangover. Your insomnia may not or may not be responsive to these sleep aides--actually, maybe lunesta wouldn't be strong enough.

I had restless legs in response to the addition of librium--intolerable. I'm back to klonopin.

Oh, askapatient.com gives mirapex a good rating for rls I believe. I have no experience w/ it.
